§ Sir C. Edwardsasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware of the system of zoning which has been introduced in Monmouthshire and which prevents many persons who had been stopped through redundancy from obtaining work where they were previously employed; whether this system was started by the National Service officer or by the owners of the factories; and will he take steps to end this rule and allow the same freedom as formerly.
