§ Brigadier Lowasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs who have been chosen by His Majesty's Government to act as observers at the forthcoming Greek elections; and what principles were adopted in choosing them.
§ Mr. BevinThree appointments have so far been made to the British Section of the Allied Commission of Observers for the Greek Elections. These are Mr. Windle, Assistant National Agent of the Labour Party, as head of the British Section, assisted by Mr. Foster, J.P., and Mr. Herbert, J.P. These men were chosen because of their knowledge, their experience of electoral procedure, and their professional probity.
