§ Mr. George HallAir-conditioning has not so far normally been provided by Colonial Governments in government offices or quarters. There axe for the time being difficulties in securing equipment, but 1 am impressed by the importance of this matter and can give an affirmative answer to the second part of the Question. 1 am at present taking steps to bring to the notice of the Colonial Governments the latest technical information on the subject.
