MacMillanasked the Undersecretary of State for Air whether he will give an assurance that Air Ministry electricity generating plants and the buildings in the Outer Hebrides will not be dismantled or disposed of until they have been made available for use on the spot to the local authorities or the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board for extending light and power through neighbouring districts.
