§ Mr. R. A. Butlerasked the Minister of Education if she will give the House, whether by White Paper or otherwise, an account of the results of the recent Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation.
§ Miss WilkinsonYes, Sir. A White Paper will shortly be issued giving the text of the constitution of the organisation, of the final act of the Conference and of the instrument establishing a Preparatory Commission. The Secretariat of the Conference is preparing a full report of its proceedings which will be published in due course.
