§ Mr. ShinwellNo naphthalene is being purchased by my Department. With regard to the second part of the Question, continuance of control of naphthalene is at present essential in order that the 1279W correct quantity and grade of material shall be produced, and sent where and when it is required for vital purposes. I have no reason to think that the operation of control has limited the quantity of naphthalene available for agricultural developments. If it has, I shall be obliged if the hon. Member will let me have particulars of any specific case which has come to his notice.
