§ Mr. LawsonNo, Sir. The men in question were dealt with in accordance with the regulations in force at the time and, as I said on 16th October, in reply to a Question by the hon. Member for Southend-on-Sea (Mr. Channon) I am unable to apply the new clothing scales retrospectively.
