§ Colonel Stoddart-Scottasked the Minister of War Transport what agreement he has come to with the West Riding County Council with regard to making temporary arrangements at the bridge at Otley, to ensure the immediate safety of all users of this old bridge.
§ Mr. BarnesI have asked the county council to erect light signals to control shuttlecock working of traffic over this bridge. This will result in alternate movement of traffic in each direction and will increase the safety of all road users.
