Mr. McKieasked the Minister of Health if he is aware of the site chosen for the erection of prefabricated houses at Stafford, that this site is on the bank of the River Sow and is always flooded in times of heavy rainfall; and what steps he is taking to prevent inconvenience to the new tenants.
§ Mr. BevanTemporary houses are being erected on part of the Stafford Borough Council'sSilkmore Estate. I am informed that the site is not on the bank of the River Sow and is not liable to floods.
