§ Mr. P. Freemanasked the Minister of Health whether he has considered the quotation of 9th November, 1945, of Messrs. Richard Thomas and Baldwins, Limited, Ebbw Vale, Monmouth, a copy of which has been sent to him, to a building contractor in Newport, in which conditions of sale are made prejudicial to the public interest and policy; and what steps he proposes to take in the matter and to prevent a recurrence by prohibiting firms from making such sale conditions.
