Graham-Littleasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is satisfied that the assurances given to him by Marshal Stalin at Potsdam with reference to the withdrawal of most of the Red Army and the secret police from Poland have now been carried out, so that the Polish government can hold the free election promised for not later than early 1946.
