Member a copy of a booklet explaining the main provisions of the Rent Restrictions Acts, prepared by the Department of Health for Scotland, which was issued to all local authorities and citizens' advice bureaux in Scotland last year. I am consulting the local authorities' associations about the suggestion in the last part of the Question, and shall write to the hon. Member thereafter.
