§ Mr. KeyI am informed that-it is not yet possible to indicate a date when the Royal Commission will be in a position to report. The hon. and gallant Member may find it helpful to refer to the Statement of the Royal Commission, which was published by H.M. Stationery Office in September, for an account of the progress which the Commission and its attendant scientific committees are making on the many aspects of their inquiry.
