§ Mr. Lipsonasked the Secretary of State for War if he is aware that many Army cadets have not had greatcoats issued to them; and will he take steps to provide them before the winter from those handed in by men on demobilisation and other sources.
§ Mr. LawsonGreatcoats have been issued for the equipment of cadets attending instructional courses, up to 2½ percent. of the strength of the Army Cadet Force. I am at present looking into the possibility of a wider issue, in relation to other commitments and liabilities.
