Thorneycroftasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many police officers who joined the various police forces of England and Wales between 1st July, 1919, and 28th August, 1921, are known to be serving under the Police Pension Act, 1890; and how many of these men are serving under the Police Pensions Act, 1921, respectively.
