§ Mr. BurkeLetters for the Forces in Cairo are despatched by air, and apart 2517W from delays due to bad weather or other causes, the time occupied between posting and delivery should normally be four to five days. I am not aware of any general complaint of delay in this service, but if the hon. Member will furnish details of any specific instances where the normal time has been exceeded, I will have them investigated.
