asked the Secretary of State for War whether he is satisfied with the conditions at Duncombe Park Camp, Helmsley, Yorkshire, particularly as regards recreation, messing and sanitary arrangements.

I have caused inquiries to be made, and I am satisfied that the conditions at this camp are up to the present emergency standard in all respects including recreation, messing and accommodation.
