§ Mr. LawsonI am sorry for the long delay in this case. The soldier is serving in India and, despite repeated efforts, the 2041W medical report has not yet been received. I took special action on 30th October to obtain it and I hope to be able to inform the hon. Member of my decision on the case in the very near future.
