§ Mr. Lennox-Boydasked the Minister of Labour the number of working days lost by unofficial industrial disputes in October.
§ Mr. IsaacsOn the basis of such information as is at present available, it is provisionally estimated that the aggregate number of man-days lost during October through stoppages of work arising from industrial disputes was about 1,100,000. While the information available does not permit a precise distinction to be made between official and unofficial stoppages, practically all of the man-days lost arose from unofficial stoppages.
