§ Mr. BevinAn informal meeting between Dr. Van Mook and certain Indonesian leaders including Dr. Soekarno was held on 31st October. I have no reason to suppose that the conversations begun at that meeting have been discontinued, though I am aware that the Netherlands Government have taken exception to the holding of discussions with Dr. Soekarno.
