§ Lieut.-Colonel Birchasked the Secretary of State for War whether in view of the needs of the large numbers of holiday makers wishing to go to North Wales next summer, he will take steps to reduce the number of troops in the area of Rhyl and Prestatyn.
§ Mr. LawsonOne training unit of 6,500 men will be moving out of Prestatyn at the end of November, and the remaining units in this area will be moved as soon as other suitable War Department accommodation is available. Everything possible is being done to expedite the removal of military units from holiday resorts.
