Mr. HyndThe co-ordination of education policy in Germany is vested in the Co-ordinating Committee of the four Occupying Powers, working through an Allied Education Committee, which consists of an official representative from each zone. The general principles governing the reopening of schools and universities are much the same in all zones, though the progress varies according to the availability of premises, books and teachers.
