§ Mr. Gallacherasked the Minister of Health the total amount of the outstanding indebtedness of local authorities in England and Wales carrying the following rates of interest, respectively, up to 2 per cent., from 2 per cent. to 3 per cent., from 3 per cent. to 4 per cent., from 4 per cent. to 5 per cent., from 5 per cent. to 6 per cent. and over 6 per cent.
