§ Mr. Glenvil HallIt is not possible to state the amount of tax which would be repayable under Pay-as-you-earn for any week in which there are no earnings, as the repayment depends on the cumulative pay to date, the allowances and reliefs to which the taxpayer is entitled and whether he has other income.
