§ Mr. EdeThis question is bound up with the larger question of the central Government responsibility for supervising the provision made for the several classes of children who, for various reasons, are deprived of normal home life, and it would be premature to make a statement on Approved Schools until the present Government have had an opportunity of examining this larger question.
