§ Mr. Dribergasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of War Transport if, before the re-introduction of the basic petrol ration, he will issue to motorists, by advertisement, broadcast, or other means, detailed advice on the care and servicing of motor-cars which have been laid up for a number of years, and so help to lessen the increased risk of road accidents and the demands on the depleted staffs of service stations.
