Duckworthasked the President of the Board of Trade what steps are being taken to void all enemy trade marks in all countries, dominions, etc., now at war with Germany and Japan, or which have remained neutral during the war periods, having in mind that after the last war, marks such as Lysol, Sanatogen, Odol, Aspirin, etc., were voided in some countries, but not in all, and that throughout the present war Germany and Japan have maintained their goodwill for their trade marks in neutral and Allied countries.
