§ Mr. EdenEgypt's declaration of war against Germany was to no extent the result of Allied representations. So far as His Majesty's Government are concerned, they have seen no reason to make any such representations, since they consider that Egypt has faithfully discharged her obligations under the Anglo-Egyptian Treaty of Alliance.
