§ Mr. Saltasked the Minister of Pensions whether he is aware of the case of J. Townsend, of 12, Winstanley Road, Stechford, Birmingham, who, although he is totally incapacitated from work by reason of eye injuries, has only been awarded partial incapacity allowance under the Personal Injuries Scheme; and whether he will take some remedial action in this matter.
