§ Mr. Glenvil Hallasked the Secretary of State for War if he will state the procedure followed when men are transferred to the W. (T) Reserve; if all of them have been given a civilian outfit and 56 days' foreign service leave with pay at the time of transfer; and whether those who have not 1334W received either or both outfit and pay will qualify for these when they are finally released.
