asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies the extent to which penicillin is now obtainable in the various British Colonies.

Supplies of penicillin are now available from the United Kingdom, the United States of America, or Canada, as is most convenient, for civilian use on the same basis as in this country. Briefly this permits the treatment of all civilian cases for which penicillin is known to be effective.
