§ Mr. Bossomasked the Postmaster-General whether he will reduce the charge of 6d. for air-mail letters to the Middle East to bring it more into line with the charge of 2d. for air-mail letters to India, Ceylon, etc., and H.M. ships.

§ Mr. Lipsonasked the Postmaster-General why the Forces letter, price 2d., is intended only for members of the Forces in Ceylon, India and S.E.A.C., and to the R.N. and Merchant Navy in all parts of the world and is not available for the C.M.F. and M.E.F. for whom 6d. air letters are required; and will he take steps to enable it to be used to all Forces overseas.
