§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Secretary of State for War whether he has considered the dissatisfaction, examples of which have been furnished to him, in certain ranks of the R.A.P.C, serving in the Far East, regarding their exclusion, owing to circumstances outside their control, from the special scheme for leave to the United Kingdom; and as this scheme was widely publicised, if he will take steps to remedy these injustices.
