§ Mr. George HallAs far as His Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom are concerned this matter is under consideration, but I would refer my hon. Friend to the statement made by the Prime Minister on this subject in the Debate on 27th February, as regards the chief representatives of His Majesty's Government at the Conference. I cannot, of course, speak for the Governments of the other countries mentioned, but hon. Members will have seen the announcement made by President Roosevelt on 13th February on the subject of the composition of the United States delegation.
