§ Sir H. Williamsasked the Minister of Labour why the Report of the Catering Wages Commission, on the Rehabilitation of the Catering Industry has not been presented to Parliament.
§ Mr. BevinThis Report was made to me by the Catering Wages Commission following a direction which I gave them under Section 2 (1) (b) of the Catering Wages Act, 1943, to make a special inquiry. The Report is not one which is inquired by the Act to be laid before Parliament, but I am arranging for copies for copies to be available in the Library.
