HC Deb 12 June 1945 vol 411 c1501W
Sir L. Boyce

asked the Secretary of State for Air whether he is aware that many complaints have been received about the public nuisance caused by low-flying aircraft over the city of Gloucester, both during the day and through the hours of darkness; and whether he will issue instructions to the R.A.F. that this practice must cease forthwith.

Mr. H. Macmillan

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave to the hon. Member for Leigh(Mr. Tinker) on 6th June. I should add that special arrangements have been made for the observation and reporting of low flying over the city of Gloucester.
