Morganasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of War Transport whether ordinary building bricks are considered to be within the definition of earthenware and other brittle articles in 1487W the Minister's Conditions of Carriage applying to contracts entered into by him under the Road Haulage Organisation.
