§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Information if he will take steps, as soon as possible, to provide facilities of access to the libraries of the University of London, of which students have been deprived since the outbreak of war, thus suffering a handicap in preparing for their degree courses.
Mr. LloydArrangements were made to grant certain facilities for access to the University libraries in 1940 and at the beginning of this year the Ministry intimated that it was ready to arrange for general access for undergraduates. If the University authorities will explain what further facilities they require, every effort will be made to meet them so far as it can be done without detriment to the work of the Ministry.
