§ Mr. E. Granvilleasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury if he is aware of the continued injustices and anomalies of the 1936 Tithe Act, particularly with regard to the working of the Clauses dealing with remission of excessive tithe; and if he will consider repealing this in the near future.
