§ Lieut. - Commander Joynson - Hicksasked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that the Army field post office of the B.L.A. is being used by Mr. Tracy Carter to distribute to electors of the Chichester Division of West Sussex propaganda of the Democratic Party and an appeal for financial help in his candidature for Parliament; and whether similar facilities, provided at the expense of the taxpayers, are available to all Service candidates.
