§ Mr. Rileyasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has yet received a Report on Medical Services in Trinidad; and whether he proposes to make any statement about the Report and to place a copy in the Library.
§ Colonel StanleyI have received from the Governor advance copies of the Report. He has promised to forward his comments upon it as early as possible. A copy of the Report is being placed in the Library.
