§ Mr. Loftusasked the Postmaster-General if he will institute special precautions to prevent the pilfering from parcels sent to their homes by members of His Majesty's Forces serving overseas.
§ Captain CrookshankEvery precaution has been, and will continue to be, taken to safeguard the mails in concert with the Army postal authorities. I can assure my hon. Friend that the losses are small by comparison with the huge number of parcels now being posted. If he will furnish me with details of any losses which have been brought to his notice I will have them fully investigated.
