§ Mr. Hewlettasked the Minister of Health whether he is aware that among local authorities and the public there is alarm over the knowledge that objectionable and unclean rags, flock and kindred materials are being used for the filling of bedding and upholstery and other domestic articles; and whether he will take immediate action to stop such practices.
