§ Sir W. Davisonasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware of the hardship occasioned to elderly persons with small incomes in the case of Post-War Credits which are not payable until after the war is over, when many of the persons referred to may be no longer alive; and will he give consideration to the hardship suffered by such persons under the existing law when he is framing his forthcoming Budget.
