§ Sir T. Mooreasked the Secretary of State for War what arrangements are in force both at our own military camps and those of our Allies to prevent untrustworthy men carrying arms and ammunition outside camp when not on duty or under proper supervision.
§ Sir J. GriggKing's Regulations lay down that an officer or soldier is forbidden to carry arms or ammunition unless he is on duty. I understand that the regulations in force in the Armies of our Allies are in general on the same lines.
