§ Mr. McGovernasked the Minister of Health if he is aware of the refusal to pay rent by tenants at Grange and Chad Road Housing Estates, Coseley, Bilston, due to the fact that the paths were unfinished in 1939 and that tenants have to walk in a sea of mud; and if he will withdraw the ban on the local council of Coseley and allow them to put the paths, etc., in order.
