§ Mr. WillinkAbout 25,000. I regret that I cannot give the number who are homeless as the result of enemy action, but this is not substantial. The shelterers' circumstances are generally well known to the shelter wardens, who advise those who have been made homeless what to do to benefit by the rehousing and other services provided for them.
