§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Education whether he is aware that 1397W dissatisfaction has been caused by the omission from the Teachers' Superannuation Bill of any clause by which the pension rights of ex-Service teachers who re-enter the profession suffering from impaired health by reason of illness or wounds will be safeguarded; and whether he will take steps to rectify this omission.
§ Mr. ButlerThe hon. Member would appear to be under some misapprehension: ex-Service teachers are not required to undergo a further medical examination on resuming teaching service.
