§ Mr. WillinkSome of the war-time agricultural cottages were wired in advance for electricity where it was reasonably likely that a supply would be available in the not too distant future. It is the Government's intention that new council cottages in rural areas should be built so far as possible in or near existing villages where public services are more readily available.
