§ Sir W. Smithersasked the Minister of Health if he is aware that the benefits of the Health White Paper are given in Part III of the Social Security Act, 1938, of the Dominion of New Zealand, and that this Act is worked with the goodwill of their medical profession and the voluntary hospitals; and will he, before coming to a final decision, consider embodying similar proposals in the forthcoming Bill.
